Over 20,000 students across the state in over 50 schools have participated in Encounter Youth Education Safe Partying Seminars. Students, teaching staff, parents and community partners have highly commended the relevancy, and effectiveness of Encounter Youth Education Seminars in their drug strategy curriculum

Encounter Youths Education Seminars are specifically designed to complement the DECS Drug Strategy and are tailored to meet the diverse needs of your schools embedded drug education programs. Encounter Youth believe in a holistic approach to education and have been working in partnership with various school communities to develop workshops on leadership development, communication and conflict resolution.

The seminars provide up-to-date information on relevant key issues, with an emphasis on student directed learning. Presenters are engaging, energetic and highly skilled in relating to and communicating with young people and youth culture. Seminars aim to enable students to gain further knowledge and skills to self implement safer partying and socialising strategies.
